Glenn County students who qualify (those who live in a motel, car, trailer without hookups, doubled up, unaccompanied minors, foster care, shelter, transition housing, Section 8, substandard housing, or receive CalWorks/CalFresh).
*shoes will be distributed on a first come/first serve basis (while supplies last) and student(s) must be present to participate*
