The Weekend of Wellness is a community-based outreach and educational event intended to promote awareness of the Eight Dimensions of Wellness (emotional, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, environmental, and financial) and connect community members to free or low-cost wellness resources and workforce development.
